Analogue CCTV Systems

Analogue systems transfer video signals in an analogue form, usually using coaxial and powered shotgun cable. The video will then be recorded on to a Digital Video Recorder. The cameras are directly connected to the DVR unit and a separate power supply. Analogue systems control motion detection and intruder alerts through the DVR. Analogue systems will not differentiate between humans, animals, cars and other motion including rain and snow but will capture everything in the detection area.
